It’s an operational goal rather for any organizations, but its start with customer’s requirements. So quality policy should be written and communicate properly. It’s an important aspect of quality management so that they can implement it in an organization. There are some points like Customer focus, Leadership, Process approach, Improvement statements, Relationship management etc.

Because quality defines the work, whatever we are doing, by delivering and developing high quality services we are satisfied because what we can understand we are doing our job correctly. And as we are fully insured with $20000000 liability we will mention it in our Quality Policy.
